What do we do?

Optimum Engineering Consultancy Caribbean N.V. is an independent private engineering and consultancy company, specializing in advising companies in the area of ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

Our aim is to advise companies on how to handle their air-conditioning systems in the most energy efficient manner.

Our activities mainly consist of

Project management: supporting/assisting companies in the execution of various projects in the technical field;
Consultancy: advising companies and assisting them in achieving their company objectives in the technical field, for example giving recommendations on how they can reduce costs and use their ventilation and air-conditioning systems in the most efficient and effective manner;
The provision of maintenance services (HVAC);
Process engineering (process and mechanical engineering).

The mission of Optimum Engineering Consultancy Caribbean N.V. is to offer customers sustainable solutions in the field of air-conditioning systems, allowing them to use their air-conditioning systems in a more efficient manner, while being aware of the costs.

Tasks

The objective of Optimum Engineering Consultancy Caribbean N.V. is to offer solutions, so that the air-conditioning systems (HVAC) of our customers function optimally. In case of shutdowns, the system should function as optimally as possible, so that recovery takes place as quickly and effectively as possible.

The customer’s question should always be answered. OEC Caribbean always responds to the needs of its customers. This means that we will use the appropriate design and the appropriate product mix. To achieve this, we mention some of our tasks below:

The preparation of an action plan for a project and the monitoring thereof.
Air quality assessments (analysis).
The provisions of support as a professional engineer.
Project management.
24/7 breakdown services.
Scheduled programs for replacement of HVAC unit.
The investigation of equipment / service audits.
The development of customized preventive maintenance programs.
HVAC: head load calculation / system design / drawings / budget / contract documents / management.

Organization

The organization is managed by Mairondy Bodak (Bsc.), who has extensive experience in the field of HVAC systems, technical services, facilities maintenance and project management. In addition, he has experience as a mechanical engineering teacher and the development of process and mechanical designs.
